Precedent Probation Review

This is a 3 page document to go through with your new recruit in their probation period. We recommend at 6 and 10 weeks if they are 3 months probation and 12 and 24 weeks if they are on 6 months probation. Great for everybody to see how they are doing, including you to make sure you are covering off everything they need to know
